Grand Theft Auto St. Andreas gained many polemic comments ‘cause appeared a sexual scene inside. By other hand, if you check the classifications of the ESRB, in the Adults Only section there are only 23 titles.  Do you believe that the videogames industry is ready for games in which sex could be an important factor? What would have to occur to this can happen?

I think there have been a few big developments in video games which have made adult content in games more of a possibility, such as the Adult rating by ESRB. Then we have games like God of War with a sex scene in it, much like a movie.

The age range of video game players has gotten higher. The average video game player is in their 20’s and 30’s now. I don’t believe that we will see any stores like Walmart carrying adult games any time soon, but certainly there will be more growth in online sales of adult video games.

Which has been the reaction of the gamers with Virtual Hottie 2?

Most people who play Virtual Hottie 2 are looking to see how sex transfers into a video game. I’ve had alot more people tell me they want more gameplay, which is what we are planning for Virtual Hottie 3: Vegas.

How is the kind of gamer that plays your games?

Most of the people who play the game are college age, even up to people in their 60’s. Anyone who enjoys watching and interacting in a sexual situation likes this game.

What are the most important trends in adult videogames?

The most important trends are new ideas and new technologies. Sex in video games has been around since the beginning but not ever embraced by the mainstream, and probably never will be. New technologies that make the games look more real will be the driving force of the next generation of games.

Do you believe that cybersex is a real trend in videogames or only a possibility?
Cybersex is a reality with videogames, and Red Light Center and Sociolotron are a good example. There will be more MMOG’s with sex in them, but I can’t reveal what is planned for next year. Let’s just say that there will be more fantasy style adult gameplay coming soon.
